I could not believe what fine food was being served at the show. This was actually on Friday and was a meal meant for the judges. Judge, Werner Zahn, a good friend to many of us from USA, arranged for us to have some of these meals. Potato dumplings, sauerkraut with meat (pork?) and sauce. With plenty of beer. Very Gut!
